Due to engagements with the hotel and other services made upon registration of the participant Snowmad Tours has the following policies.
If cancellation is requested at least 60 days prior departure, Snowmad tours will keep 25% of the total costs.
If the participant cancels within 60 days prior departure, Snowmad Tours will keep 70% of the total costs.
In case a situation arises that is beyond our control, such as strikes, war, earthquake, major forest fires or any other natural disaster, or political events that requires the cancellation of the trip, Snowmad Tours will reimburse the participant 45% of total costs.
In case all lifts in the ski areas of Farellones are closed, Snowmad Tours will reimburse the participant 85% of total costs. Snowmad Tours will not reimburse the participant due to blocked roads or bad weather conditions.
*Total costs do not include flights, lunch, drink, visa costs, transport other than that included, massage or other services.
